PROTUBO
arranges through its engineering processes department
the viability to assist its clients during the initial
engineering and detailing stages.
For the Induction Bending Process, our objective
is to evaluate the projects to look for the viability
for their fabrication and is a complete utilization
of the advantages of this process, that is the manufacture
of various bends in the same pipe (plane and/or
space), providing thus, a reduction in costs with
a reduction in weld points and optimising the quantity
of pipes needed to make the pieces, we can also
in this phase do the analysis for the inclusion
of the pre-fabrication service (assembly, welding
and testing of spools) within the scope of supply.
For the Polyethilene Coating Process, our objective
is to evaluate the projects for detailing the pieces,
verifying their fabrication in conformity with the
availability of existing piping items on the market.
Therefore as the pieces are designed aiming to make
them suitable to receive the coating, also being
able to do the analysis in the inclusion stage of
pre-fabrication service (assembly, welding, testing
of spools) within the scope of supply.
We are able to receive drawings through electronic
means, and have the use of AutoCAD, Solid Works
and Microstation to provide our clients with pipe
engineering solutions.
